Having difficulty accessing Disharmony DLC

When I try to buy the DLC. the Steam store says that I already own the game and cannot buy it for myself. However, in the Endless Space game, I am unable to use the Disharmony DLC, and in the bottom corner there is a prompt for me to buy the DLC rather than to switch, which opens the Steam store to the DLC that I cannot buy. Can someone please help me? Here are some screenshots of Steam and Endless Space that may help further explain my situation.

I am having exactly the same issue, so you are not alone if that's any help. Let's hope there's a solution!

Yeah Disharmony should have appeared overnight on your accounts. If it is not the case, restart Steam and it should.

Got the same problem I restart Steam a thousand time i download the game 3 time but nothing has changed.
