When I start the game it freezes in theding screen with the plants ans sophons ships. 

I know similar threads have been opened but nothing suggested was helpful: i checked cache integrity and downloaded two missing files. Then I reinstalled the game and downloaded a missing file but the problem still persists... I also checked antivirus and visual c++ and everything should be ok.

My pc is an asus K550V with windows 10 64 bit,intel i7 up to 3.5 GHz, NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX950m.
