I just now downloaded the game from Steam. When I started the game the graphics for the names of things says, as an example,  %LoadingScreenTitle. I found my way to the tutorial, but there was only background music, no voice or text explaining what was what. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling, but if that does not work, what suggestions does anyone have? System is more than adequate for this game.  

Reinstalled and that sorted everything. You can delete this one.
