Alright so i'm very new to this. I am somehow drawn to this 4x turn-based strategy game, which I love the ship designs, the way everything works. I even love the way the game is kind of like Risk (board game) but in space. Anyways, i've owned the game for about a week now or so and i'm still getting the gist of everything. I would really like some help with someone who can walk me through what everything does, yes i've read the forums about FIDS and all that and played the Tutorial. I'm still a little overwhelmed and would very much like a mentor to step me through everything and is comfortable with breaking down every thing step by step, helping me build my own race (the add race and modify race type thing), and i'd also really like it if I could be helped in instilling enough self-confidence in PvP. Right now, with most strategy games, i've never been able to get into playing against others. (Afraid i'll get stomped into the ground.)



If anyone is up for the job, challenge, call it what you will. I'd really appreciate it.



Tips would be appreciated as well through out this post if ya'll don't mind.



Also, you can PM if you need any details on what exactly i'm after... if the above mentioned was fuzzy in one area or the other.
