I absolutely LOVE Endless space multiplayer, however there are some BIG hurdles required to be eliminated to ensure the satisfaction and joy for most people I play with online. I go public always.



90% of people are happy to agree prior to launching a game Hero Battle Only & Flee Option for Manual, All Rest Auto Option. This ensures a fun strategy game. Most people completely adhere to this rule.



However, about half the time we get idiots who agree to this at the start but still insist on going manual for scout battles vs way over powered fleets. No matter how many times in game all other players shout at this player to stop as it is making the turns last forever.



It is also a pain is the a$$ that I cannot copy or paste this rule into the subject of my games or even in the chat. So I have to type it out every time, also if we are about to launch and a player does not like the rule and a new player joins, I have to type iut all out again as the chat will not even take a copy & paste. This is terrible and frustrating.



Also sometimes people break the rule and then gain an unfair advantage over the people who adhere to the rules.



So we NEED the option in setting up a multiplayer game to stop these childish players ruining the games of the majority by going manual when there are no heros etc. They are not even embarrased when its their colour always taking minutes longer and stalling the turns for everyone who just wants a fun strategy based game.



Please Amplitude, add this very simple option as I am getting tired of retards in game not adhering to the agreement from all players at the beginning.

I think solution will be implement soon: "Battle cards in auto mode" was already voted in G2G. Then you can retreat fast :-)



DMT, I agree with you, and I'm playing with rule "Hero Battle Only & Flee Option for Manual" but... sometimes...

when you have missle ship and are fighting with enemy kinetic ship (both without hero) its good to use manual to repair missle ships in next phase. First phase is to destroy enemy ships, second to recovery.

Now you can't do this during AUTO mode. And at begin of game every one ship is very precious.

After 250 hours of online MP - I say it is.



Also, join another game which does not have this rule rather than lie and then waste everyones time, thanks.
