What is needed is a matchmaking lobby.



It's terrible to have to sit in your own game when no one is joining and not be able to communicate with anyone else who is not in your game.



When I'm hosting a game, I want to be able to know why people aren't joining if my game stays empty too long.



Is it because there's better games available? If so, I want to know what they are, maybe I'd like to join one of them!



Is it because there's just no-one else available? Then I want to know that too, I'll go play another game for awhile.



Is it because one of my game settings is turning people away? Then I want to know, so I can change it and get a game going!



If there were a match making lobby where everyone can talk collectively about the available games, it will be easier to make games and enjoy them.

It will be time that a lobby start and the multiplayer bugs will fixed!Yesterday a group of players call me cheater, i rejoin in a game after a fight bug, the bug create a ghostfleet and i am then the cheater why i have made bugusing....that sucks!

This is definitely a needed improvement, but like others said, multiplayer features probably won't roll out for a while. Just looking at the current G2G votes, there are still a lot of features waiting to be in the game itself, too many for the devs to focus on the multiplayer. And multiplayer is usually one of the last phases of the development process anyway.

A general match making lobby would be helpful. Of course you can also ask somebody in your lobby to quickly quit, see if there are any other games, and come back to tell you if such is the case. In the case where it's just you, you can do it yourself.

But we life in 2012 and a matchmaking lobby cant be so difficult.that what you write is no solution, it resolving why no matchmaking lobby is availabel.
