Disconection errors are very coomon to any game and have various reason.

But it is my first time whe i saw total failure of match after someone experienced disconnection issue.

Still it is understandable, some bad way of multithreding implication was made.



What i cannot understand why reconnection is so unfriendly.



Theonly working way to reconect is to:

1) press load

2)look on nicknames and remeber them

3) go to steam and add those gays into steam fiends

4) press invite buttom and invite those players.

P.S is one player left game and was replace by other, new player cannot be invited and therefor cannot play at all.



If only press load and wait, other people will see you host a game but in gray claiming that some files are different from files used by host oh the game.



If you press load and then Start, people will be ablle to connect... but each of them will be connected to different instance of game. So each one will play with AI.

P.S.S what is diffenrece between admiral and emperor editions?

MP was neglected by dev for months, now they just hired someone who will hopefully adress these issues...

MP is only reasone i bought it... and i believe it was a reason for many others.

For SP Master of orrion or galactic civilizations are mach more better!

Well, if it says you have a different version, you should ask your friends to make sure they are all playing the latest version of the game (1.0.38) and check if they have different xml files (a mod installed): verifying game cache could be a good start.



Emperor and admiral editions are similar, apart from the Endless hero and the Sheredyn faction that is playable for the Emperor editions owners.

you are not getting it.

We Just played game, then saw it going to crash. I told that i will remake if it realy crashes. Game crashes. I am hostting. They cannot connect with error of different files. Version is same as we played together just minut ago. We agreed that other player will host in 10 min if my host will not succed. Hiss host vissible in gray. Tooltip says version is wrong. WE still cannot have different versions as we played 10 mins ago.



Tell me please style of error feedback, which you are used to. I'll try to use it to make you exactly undestand whats happens.

Both of you should right click on Endless Space in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Game Cache. That might fix your problem. Just give it a try.

it does not, it told that few files were reloaded, but problem still implies. Actualy, i;ve done this before first post.

Well, I rejoined a game yesterday by simply joining again.



The game was still in my browser when I reconnected. The game was full, but I joined and I was able to continue.
