Hi, I'm new to endless space but not rts in general. I tried playing on my own but during a game two of the AIs on easy mode started to go to war with me wiped me out in combat. I could not understand the combat system and my units where out gunned in both numbers and power. I tried to make peace with them but the option would not show up. Please help me understand this game. I'm will to do online mode if need be.

1/ Do you play vanila or Disharmony ?

2/ This is 4x turn base, not RTS. the mistake you may make, you will face the consequances 10 or 20 turn later. Plan ahead ! Vision and planification are the key to success

3/ Not every race can make peace, and you need to research some tech before hand.

4/ Try to send some scout unit to gauge their power, AND their fleet composition. built a counter fleet accordingly.

5/ What kind of victory did you tryed to achieve ? Diplomatic with carvers won't make it

6/ we need to know more about your settings. AI difficulty ? pirates on/off? etc...

1 - Always assume that everyone hates you

2 - Never miss a chance to build a ship, the market can wait

3 - Never miss a chance to upgrade said ship

4 - Keep your systems happy so you can tax them for money and in turn more ships

5 - Don't be discouraged for having the lowest score… you will have your day

6 - Prioritise Dust and Science beyond that think on what you need

7 - Buy Heroes as soon as you can preferably those who are Administrator (Who can maximise Food and Industry :industry or Corporate (Who can maximise Dust and Science :science

8 - Expand as much as you can as you maintain a positive approval

9 - Consider your end victory, it will help you with your research

10 - ALWAYS consider on what you need

11 - Never stop expanding

12 - Win as the Sowers
