Alright, i'm trying to do something clever with my governors, i want to make it pick exploitation according to base production values (ie the output before population or exploitation modifiers, but including all anomaly modifiers). But from looking at the code i can't find any ways to retrive that value used by the UI, anyone know how to do this?
