A while back I found a mod on these forums that add some unbalanced traits to the game (you could create some unbalanced races) but I've lost it and now I cant find it anymore.



What that mod did is add several traits that went up to level 10 giving various bonuses to your race that didnt cost anything (i think) to choose.



Lets take the "Scientists" trait that gives you at level 1 10% in science and then at lvl 2 it gives 15 and at level 3 (where it caps) gives you 20% in research. This mod would add (among others) a trait that went up to level 10 giving 10% in research per level.



Anyone has any idea of what mod I'm talking about?



I dont recall its name and I've been looking for it this whole afternoon with no luck of finding it. Any help would be appreciated.
