I'm not entirely sure what you mean by that? Are you reffering to the ship "hologram" that represents fleets on the Map? thus how to Change the Looks of it.

What you see in the Sectoid mod is the ugly default (if there is no model). The little ships on the map and the Diplomacy holograms are hard coded.
