how do i change trait amomalies from custom fractions to work on my starting homeplanet like the platforms_of_Ys ? or anyother?

Platform of Ys is not an anomaly, its a wonder. Not sure if you can add wonder on your starting home planet. Have not tried.

Here the trait will add PlanetAnomaly10 to the home system. If you create a similar trait with PlanetEndlessWonder01 as Arguments, you will have it instead. If you list more than one anomaly in Arguments, the starting anomaly will be selected randomly within the list.

Yes, you'll have to create an empty descriptor in EmpireTraitDescriptor.xml
