Texture problem

I'm trying to add new planets in Endless Space (with xpack), and so far all is well. After the Beta-patch the "rotating problem" is solved. My planet is ingame and rotating as it should, but now I notice that the textures of the planet do not seem to meet seamlessly:







I'll be the first to say that it looks minor, but in a earlier version of the mod I also tried it with a brighter gas giant and these lines become very visible.

I've (double)checked the textures and they are 512x512. I used the "Pinky" templates, as to not cock up things.



What am I doing wrong or missing?

You're not missing anything, this is another issue with custom planets that i too have noticed now that they are rotating correctly.







P.S.

Nice texture on that planet! What do you call it?

Strange to say, but thank god its a bug and not my fault. I already tried to wrap my head around it and failed. Miserably. That planet is my take on what a carbon planet could look like. The base texture was a HD photo of a blue rusty plate. LOL. Cadoras: turning hipster sh*t into planets.
