ENDLESS™ Space is a turn-based 4X strategy game, covering the space colonization age in the ENDLESS™ Universe. You control every aspect of your civilization as you strive for galactic dominion.
Basically I want to keep the hull module bonuses like they used to be, well not 100%, but I want to keep what hulls are for which purpose the same across all races.
Follow on to what Leto said, go into the classic ES folder "..\Endless Space\Public\Simulation" and look at Hull.xml and ShipDescriptor.xml. You can even just copy those two files into a new mod and you're most of the way there.
