Hey Guys

I'm new to Endless Space and I kind of played every faction and honestly I want more!

I've created my custom faction and I've realized that my custom faction has United Empire ships while they are in the game so it kinda got awkward when we would fight.

All I really want to know is how should I make the custom ships and what I need for it.

Any help is appreciated and so would a step by step process.

Longer answer, it can be done in a very rudimentary way, it requires quite a bit of work and results in pretty bad replacements with no glows no properly set hardpoints and engine flares floating off in space wherever they were on the original ship.



I specifically asked the devs for basic model data so we could do a far better job and it was never forthcoming so... yeah can be done sorta but badly.
