Hey guys. Love ES, but I've always felt the heroes are game-breakingly powerful. Awhile back I found online a way to give a global multiplier to hero stats in some config file. I stopped playing the game for awhile, and now I'm back and I can't find it again! How do I give a global .5 multiplier to hero stats? Also, how would this work for a multiplayer game with some friends? Would we each need to mod the hero file, or does it go with the servers' file? Is there a better way for MP, such as building a simple mod to load? Thanks!
