I bought ES2 shortly after release, played for almost 100 hours, but now haven't played in quite some time an am looking to go another round at long last.

So I was wondering if since then any good mods have been released, going to Steam Workshop and sorting by most subscribed didn't really show anything that caught my eye as must have.

Don't own any DLC, in case any mods require them.

Endless Moons is a must have, genuinely great mod.

You may enjoy my mod, Endless Legend Populations, adds the endless legend factions as minor factions.

I also enjoy New Governments and Laws, does exactly what it sounds like.

Populace Control lets you control which races are on which systems more easily

Automation Overhaul lets you automate your systems more effectively

There's two really good major faction mods out now, Harmony and the Automatons, however the Automatons and the enhanced version of the Harmony mod require another of my mods, ESG.
