Can't connect to Amplifiers content

Game version is not shown in list. It is V1.0.27.4539

In the main menu when I try to access the challange tab, it is greyed out and can't be clicked.
When I try to access my AI persona collection, none of my friends personas are accessible. Persona's that were previously there. When I try to refresh the collection, the response from the game states "Internal Error." Even on the amplifiers website when I try to look at my AI persona's there it just says there are 0 but continues to eternally load the collection itself.

I have exactly the same, have tried reconnecting, restarting, trying on a different device, nothing successful so far.

Something similar here. A couple of weeks ago, I posted that I couldn't download to my Steam Deck the profile uploaded from my PC to the Amplifiers cloud save. As soon as I start the download, I get a WebException error message. This happens both on SteamOS and on my Windows 11 partition. I haven't been able to get any help or support, either here or on the official Discord. It's really disheartening how everything works the moment you run into an issue.
