The AI begins an Attack on another AI city (begin of turn 230)
Step 2
The battle quickly ends
Step 3
Trade is made over and over again and game is 100% soft locked (turn 230 cannot end)

When the AI takes another AI's city, my money continuously increases in the turn (as if some trade is constantly being made over and over), yet I have no control over any action (unit movement, building, battles, etc.) and the game holds a solid 60 fps. As well, the UI seems to constantly refresh itself. It seems to be an issue due to AI diplomacy or AI battle resolution.
