I don't quite understand how the avatar thing works. Is it still available and do I have to watch a live stream? Can I watch the recorded version and still get the avatar? If I had spent time watching streams I never would have had time to play the game during the closed beta.

I really hope avatar drops will come back in the future and that there will be a way to unlock them without having to watch specific streamers for specific avatars.

Can we get confirmation, that a new twitch drop will happen to get those avatar AI please ?

Exactly, even if it means those who watch the streams can get them earlier than the general public, please eventually release them to all of us as I'd love to add many of the International Streamers from France and Russia without watching their stream in a language I don't understand just so I can have a bigger stable of random AI personalities to pull from based loosely on real strategy gamers.  

Actually, as these streamers are getting their own art, did they write their own avatar dialogs or are they still using the game's default dialogs according to those chosen archetypes?  While customized dialog could have been clever, it sure would be annoying if I had no way of following what the non-English speaking streamers were saying in their AI dialogs.

I noticed on GamerZakh's stream today that he mentioned he had drops enabled, but I couldn't see them. Perhaps the devs need to unlock them? Hopefully they'll be available tomorrow. ,

You may need to log out and back into your Games2Gether account in the game menu for the list of streamers to update. Also, if you have played the OpenDev or Closed Beta versions, please make sure you delete your Documents/Humankind folder before launching the game, then log into your G2G account in game.

Spiff should drop on the Yogscast channel when they stream Humankind.

There may be "batch drops" on the Amplitude channel in the future, but for launch we want the influencers to have the first shot at dropping their avatars.

While I get that, for that to work they would actually have to play it, which many don't at all. 

But I am in no rush, as long as there is a good chance to get them later I am fine with that. And i guess it is the only chance for "TIANCHI " as i have zero idea how to even find him.

Bummer that TheSpiffingBrit isn't obtainable...

I also found it impossible to find Yogscast streaming Humankind, maybe they did somewhere for an hour during the past two twitch drop windows, but I only ever witnessed them streaming other games...

Also: who is TIANCHI, where is he streaming or how to obtain his avatar? He doesn't seem to be available as drop (which is also why I don't know what his twitch channel is (it is not "Tianchi").

Yogscast didn't stream Humankind since the release, not even once!

Even tough they are streaming every day, sometimes more than 12 hours. Instead, they are playing Minecraft.

This is so frustrating!

I was able to pick up all English and German Twitch Drops because every one of them has streamed Humankind at least one or two times for several hours, but I can't get my SpiffingBrit (or Lewis). I'm frustrated to a point where I say Yogscast don't deserve to be in the game anymore, give them some Minecraft Avatars...

And I also like to nominate Writing Bull for being the next Twitch Drop :)
