@Taraskeskro and @Djinzie Did You also remember to claim them properly on Twitch ??? Look in Your Twitch accounts drops inventory/stock just to make sure, link: https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory

They should appear under "Retrieved" if propelry claimed and unlocked. It should look something like this (image below).

If they are there and Claimed/Retrieved then try to refresh/resync Your games2Gether account with Your Twitch Account. You can find that option under Your Games2Gether account settings.

After that refresh/resync You Games2Gether Account with Your steam account as well, just to be sure. You can find that under Your Games2Gether profile.

As for the latest "Frankie" avatar. It should be automatically unlocked for all participating in this Closed Beta and not need a drop to be acessible. At least that is what one of the higher-ups at Amplitude said in discord on Tuesday when the question was asked. 

Also remember that You must be connected at the startscreen of Humankind with Your Games2Gether account to have access to the special AI avatars/personas, if not they will appear with a lock beside them. So being in "online mode" on Steam is a must for that. If play on Steam in "offline mode" You will only have access to the regular AI portraits/personas.

Hello :)
You have the Closed Beta badge so the reward should be visible in your Rewards section. You might have some cache that prevent to load it.

Can you go to the Rewards page and do a hard refresh (CTRL+F5 for Windows or Cmd+Shift+R for Mac) to clean the cache?

@NeanderleThall Usually the AmplitudeStudios own Twitch Streams on Thursdays during these test events have all avatar drops active at the same time during their 1-2 hour streams. 

There is an upcoming AmplitudeStream tomorrow Thursday and @The-Cat-o-Nine-Tales said in chat the other day that it will stream Humankind, so I assume all drops will be active in that one. That is at least how I got my "The SpiffingBrit" and "Zerator" Avatars during last Victor OpenDev.

Okay so I'll start by saying I have zero interest in these streamers avatar drops. No offense to anyone who is a fan of streamers.

In the open beta though, when starting a new game, the list of AI avatar opponents shows all 8 or so of these with a lock next to them. I am really hoping for the release of Humankind, that AI avatar selection does not include these locked names there (if you have them they show up, otherwise they're not shown at all).  It would be irritating and make the opponent selection UI unnecessarily bulky.

i am Just gonna put this out there i believe the Twitch Drops are broke for some as i have unlocked Spiffing Brit on Twitch however not able to use it as A.I on the Closed Beta and is the only one that i have had a problem with.

Have you guys considered throwing out a broadcast at say 10am CEST that is much more accessible for folks who live in the east? Yes, I know that would be terribly inconvenient for those poor folks who live west of Europe but as a one-off, I'm sure they won't get too riled that they're being 'left out'.

If this is more palatable to you than simply allowing folks to download them for 'free' after the release, I'd suggest waiting until after the game releases. Most of your customers don't buy into EA or whatever it is called. They buy the release version. So the week of the release might be a good time?

BTW, isn't the idea of putting all this hard work INTO your release game going to mean that it all works fine without any of the awkwardness that some are experiencing with it at present? It must have cost you some money to create these avatars and have them voice-acted by the streamers themselves so why not make sure that you get the best return and the most goodwill from your community and your loyal streamers buy putting them in the game as easily-unlockable items or something?

Don't worry. While I'm not 100%-familiar with VIPs etc, I assumed that you were some sort of beta tester and not posting as an official spokesman for the company..

I appreciate your attempts to help so everything's fine. I'm not expecting you to do anything ;) I've just checked the Twitch schedule and the Amplitude stream starts at 11pm tonight so I'll leave the computer on for that and hopefully, I'll be able to get the ones I want tomorrow morning. I don't have to worry about my computer going to sleep but if there are any other precautions that I'm not aware of, I hope someone will let me know.

I just manage to obtain 3 drops (Zerator, Quill18 and Marbozir). Other players are not online or play another game. 

It's pretty sad to be highlighted by Amplitude and not playing the game.

Is it possible to unlock BRKsEDU? His name is on the list in the game, but I don't see the drop on Twitch and it's not part of the all avatar packs that come from the Amplitude channel.

I don't actually want to play as or against these people (it's kind of weird and creepy), but I also don't want that ugly lock on my list.

I hope that the final release lets me hide these avatars or at least stops making them the default selections. And I hope that they fix the bug that causes them to be used even when I select the default avatars!

Usually during thes events they activate the drops for all avatars/personas at once during those streams. At least WHEN and IF they stream about Humankind. I would guess they will do that this Thursday 17th of June. It would be strange if they don't as it's during this Humankind Closed Beta event.

Not exactly sure what times that will be in Australia (could be 02:00 am friday, the middle of the night betwen thursday and friday and unfortunetly maybe not a good time for you then either, but I'm not sure about the timezone). Maybe You can just start the channel and the stream and go back to sleep ??? Make sure Your PC do not go into slumber mode while having the stream open. At least You can earn all avatrs at once then (if amplitude stream do as they have done before).

I hope You can figure it out and hopefully that stream will suit You better. :)

Edit: Acctually, in todays stream about Endless Dungeon @The-Cat-o-Nine-Tales wrote in the chat that they will be streaming Humankind on Thursday, so Humankind drops will most likely be activated too then.

I've been online 24/7 for days now and only got 4, plus the Humankind Beta which I already had through pre-purchasing.  I've even stopped playing the beta a couple of days ago just to make sure I keep the windows open but I think I'm going to miss out on the rest. Yog and Zera have been online but not playing Humankind.

I was wondering about that as well.

I thought I unlocked all of them, but I noticed that extra one (BRKsEDU) in-game, locked, but I see no mention of it on twitch.

I can't say I'm a fan of this sort of promotion.

I don't even use twitch, but registered during the first wave of drops, to get those in-game avatars, to get "everything" in terms of in-game content, even if it's unlikely I'll use them.

But, now there's multiple waves of characters, and this is beginning to get a bit annoying, since periodically, I have to "track down" these people, or when Amplitude is streaming, and even after getting what I thought was everything, another one (BRKsEDU) pops-up in-game, so there's at least one more to unlock.
