I almost wrote a bug report BUT it worked, it was me being dumb (?)

For those who pre-ordered and/or got the deluxe edition, you need to connect to your G2G account in the community tab in-game, where you change your avatar then close the game.

Steam should dowload them, it was ~175Mb, so quite fast

For those who wondered why it didn't appear, that's why

At least for me, so try it and it might be just that !

It might just be a coincidence and it was gonna install them anyway ^^

Things like that happen when a game come out, more so if there's a huge hype like that, so just be patient guys

Unfortunately it did not work for me - the Deluxe content has been activated, but it does not give me the option to activate the Preorder bonus. I have both DLCs in my steam account and evidently preordered the game. Do you have any other tips perchance ? :)

What about for Epic Store Users I can hardly find the soundtrack or the PDF in the game

Players on the Epic Game Store, the Microsoft Store, and Stadia will be able to access the Soundtrack and Tech Tree poster bonus content through a link in the game, but this link is not yet available. We will patch these editions with a way to access these files as soon as possible.

Close and open Steam again ?

It sounds dumb but it solved many problems for me in the past, the actualisation on your profile isn't automatic or every X ammount of time, only when certains actions are performed

You could also refresh your Steam linking in your Games2Gether profile, it did work for me and the OpenDev key when Steam didn't want to work

Do both and it might work like it did for me maaaaaaany times in the past ^^

Thanks for your response. What about Notre-Dame DLC pack for players on Epic Game Store?

I can see the link on Stadia when the game is opened but this does not work for me?  Is there a work around?

OK, so I found them under Content Management but they can't be activated, as they are not installed.

I verified that I am connected to G2G (I even disconnected, closed the game and then re-connected/closed the game) but Steam doesn't download them

Am I doing something wrong?

Having the same issue. Both the pre-order and deluxe add-ons are listed under Content Management, but I cannot activate them since they're not installed. I'm not seeing them anywhere on Steam - no DLC tab under Properties, where I'd normally go to download add-on content. Steam confirms I own the Deluxe edition, but there's no way to install that additional content.

I did connect to G2G, I refreshed my account link, restarted Steam, even uninstalled and re-installed the game. I am running it on Mac, I'm not sure if that's causing anything. The rest of the game works fine, just missing that add-on content.

It appears to be a Mac-specific bug where deluxe and preorder bonuses are not activated (and cannot be activated).

A thread has been open in the Bug section and is stamped as "Known Issue" by the Devs, but indeed I would also appreciate a quick reply to indicate if a fix might be coming soon.
