I got the JDG (Joueur du Grenier) drop twitch but couldn't get it in-game

My G2G account is well connected

How do we do ?

I'm in the same boat. I see two of the custom avatars that were available from a few months ago, but am missing several others that I claimed. G2G connected and resynced with Steam as well.

Same here. I unlocked 2 personas today. I claimed them on twitch and re-synced my Twitch Account. They are still marked as "to be unlocked" on the Twitch Drops page.

I even have 1 as Already Unlocked (SHURJOKA), but she is not in avatar selection screen

Same for me i have unlocked Quill18 2 months ago, Shurjoka and Cohh today. None are in the game and only Quill and Shurjoka appear on G2G twitch drop list as unlocked.

I unlocked Quill18 according to Twitch and I claimed it. I also have good connections that have been recently updated between Twitch, Games2Gether and Steam. Yet, I don't see Quill in game or on this site.

Same here for me, I claimed Lomadiah, Shurjoka and CohnCarnage, but they didn't appear in my game, is it because I play Humankind on Epic games launcher?

Same here, got Shurjoka but HandOfBlood is missing.

Also got Shurjoka, but Hand of Blood is missing and also CohhCarnage even tho I got them before Shurjoka

Same I only have Shurjoka showing up. I got Hand of blood before her and he is still missing

Same, I have CohhCarnage and Burke Black unlocked on Twitch in Drops > Inventory yet can't see them in game and it's linked. And on this website it says "0/ 50 personas in your collection".

I will say I can't find this: "Then go to the Personas section and click on the "Save" button"   In the game or on the web site? In either case I can't find a save button. 

Now they are there. Maybe it just took a couple hours  to push after I went into Community entry in the game menu and connected.

I found what worked for me. On the Humankind section of this site, on the bar near the top there's "Twitch Drops" and "Personas" tabs. Under Twitch drops, if I click on "Account Linked", it lets me refresh my connection to Twitch from G2G. That hadn't been done in months for me. Now I've got the personas in game. I also just realized we can download others' personas under the Personas tab to fill out our game roster if you're like me and don't have friends that play 4x :D

I have the same issue. I got the drops back during the OpenDev; but I still do not have access to them. I've got no clue how to get them at this point.

Same here. Frankie is missing even though I unlocked her.

Same. I recently claimed COHHCARNAGE, FRANKIEWARD, & HANDOFBLOOD. 

I do not see them unlocked. Does anyone have information on Tianchi?

When I connect to g2g in game I can see Shurjoka in AI Personas and play against her but not set Her as my avatar. When I disconnect I cannot, so it's "My Profile" tab issue

Avatar you "unlock" via twitch drops or via the library is to play against, not "as". It is impossible to play as one of the influencer.

Seems to be fixed for me, I already refreshed and also relinked my Twitch account many times yesterday and it didnt work. Today I refreshed again and I got them

One important note:

Twitch Drops are NOT avatars you can play as!

Personas from Drops are AI opponents you can choose to play against.

Ah, thanks Khaar, refreshing the twitch account link worked. Even did that when I had that issue and it didn't refresh at the time.

This means we'll need to manually refresh each time we unlock another avatar, which should really be done every hour automatically to avoid confusion.

In addition: you'll need to refresh your link games account (Steam etc) as mine was last updated months ago: https://www.games2gether.com/profile/me/rewards

Does anyone know how to get Tianchi?

In my case, "refreshing" my Twitch didn't help me get the missing streamers unlocked, but completely unlinking the two accounts and relinking them did the trick.
