You can choose the trait you Inherit after the end of the Neolithic era, one of the following -
+1 output to Farmers;
+1 output to Workers;
+1 output to Researchers;

For the twitch link go ingame to Community and you will see to the left the tab for Twitch. This will let you link your Twitch account to the game.
