Can I preview FIMS yields before building infrastructure?

I often find myself looking at the list of infrastructure available to build in a city and not being able to easily calculate how my FIMS yields will improve if I build a particular piece of infrastructure. For example, Flood Irrigation gives +2 food / river tile, but it's not easy to calculate what the total impact will be, especially if there are a few territories attached to the city. Is there a way to determine the net impact on FIMS before building infrastructure? Or, relatedly, is there some tooltip that will quickly show me which tiles are being exploited or how many rivers are being exploited or something similar?

Indeed, this is quite needed.

The way city works in this game, with all territories and possible exploitations, makes it completely impractical to manually calculate the effect of an Infrastructure.

I can understand them not wanting to display something like "potential" bonuses because that can vary a lot, but it absolutely needs to show what the CURRENT bonuses would be. Similarly, it's too hard to see at a glance what tiles have what districts on them - there needs to be a color-code overlay you can toggle on or something (green with food symbol in middle, blue with science symbol in middle, etc.)

There has been since release. I use it all the time, programmed to my mouse button.

You can colour-code districts, sadly unique districts all show as white and some of them count as other types as well. The infrastructure that is most annoying to see at a glance are the ones that buff woodland or stone/rocky terrain tiles.
