Not recieving my password reset email

Hi I have an old games2gether account and i'm trying to reset the password as I don't remember it. However I do not receive the password reset email to the hotmail account it was setup under.

I've been waiting since tuesday evening so about one and a half days.  Checked my spam, tried different emails just in case it isn't the one I created it under. I noticed when I created this new account it would not let me use a hotmail.com email saying the domain was not accepted so I wonder if that is the issue. Or it could be that the account in question was created back in 2012 when endless legend first came out.


I'm resorting to a forum post because I could not find a way to contact amplitude support and I doubt sega support will be much help but I did put in a ticket with them just in case I'm wrong..

Well figures as soon as I post this to get help something new I try worked to get me the email. Used my full email address to try to sign in (instead of my username) and requested a password reset and this time one showed up shortly after. So either that worked or time finally did. So my issue is resolved it seems.
