As you can see from the screen capture, I have two natural wonders within the borders of San Lorenzo - Gunung Mulu to the west and Lake Hillier to the east.  However, I'm only receiving the benefits of one of these wonders in the city.

If this is the intended outcome of this scenario, it should be clearly stated within the game.  I would then make two separate cities to exploit these wonders.

What makes me think wonders are only half-finished is the fact that they all impart the same bonuses - +10 to both stability and money.  I mean, that's just not even trying...
