What planet did I play on???? I know there have been plenty of posts about this, just wanted yet another post so maybe devs would see it.

I think there's something wrong with the world generation at times. I had a chaotic huge continents map generate where one of the continents only had luxury resources along the east coast and no where else, leaving a good 85% of the continent completely devoid of luxuries.

Yeah, in my experience there's an excess of luxury resources and not enough strategic resources. I'm lucky if I have 1 of everything but oil and uranium.

well, that one strategic ressource became a kind of luxury too... how much it costs to buy it on trades?

Yeah, having massive issues with lack of resources as well. Two horses on an entire continent is just silly, since horses are required for so many things in the game.
