Yep it is extremely annoying. Especially on multiplayer where a lot of issues and bugs force you to reload the game/lobby. The lock button doesn't work, I hope it gets fixed fast. 

Yup. Thought I was going crazy, I was like " I could have sworn he looked different" If this is what the game is now, I shudder to think what it was like in April or whatever it was first set to release. I can deal with bugs like leaders swapping models, I can't deal with the no oil/aluminum/uranium spawning in. 

+1, in my case the problem seems to be linked to specific avatars, for example Semiramis regularly transform into victor, and this happen with another "expert" avatar that I downloaded (forgot the name at the moment).

Had same issue, loading seems pretty weird sometimes :/

To those of you who care, if you can get the names of the leaders I found a sort of work around. If you start a new game lobby and set the AI you wanted into the same place, it should show most of the proper AI. You will have to do this prior to every save though, and I still can't get Quill18 to stop invading my game in Edgar's place. Hopefully they fix this glaring issue soon though.
