Im on the Medieval Era and can build many types of infrastructure buildings on my cities, but in one of them, I cannot. The menu of production simple doesnt show anything under Infrastructure ...Its a bug or Im missing something? Its a city I created 5 turns ago. 

Can you please provide a screenshot of the city in question ? Is it a conquered one, did you upgrade it from an outpost or you built it using a settler ?
