Hey all!

Anyone else experiencing a lot of lag / stutter when the Avatar's initially load when starting up a new game? On the screen where you can select competitors. I'm unable to do anything at all while they load in.

Likewise, when you customize Avatars in their respective settings menus, you're also greeted with a big initial stutter.

Not like it's a huge deal, but it's kinda annoying that you can go about setting the game up while the avatars load in graphically.

Same here, I wonder what causes that.

Purely a guess, but perhaps it's the art assets and stuff like that which they load, causing the entire game to block? I can't see why they wouldn't just do things like that on separate threads as to not block the entire UI, but obviously that's just me guessing.
