As title suggests, 

I am wondering when the mod tools and steam workshop will be released? Any targeted date as of yet? Is there usually a wait time before modding support is added to amplitude's games like Endless Legend, etc.?

I seem to remember them saying it would be at launch or around launch.  The fact that we haven't heard anything definitive at this point means the tools are not even close to being ready.   I am hopeful that we will get them by the end of September, but realistically we could be waiting longer.  A LOT of things in this game are unfinished, so I don't know if the mod tools will be a high priority for them.

Unfortunately I have to agree with Bridger here. To be fair I'd like to see at least some basic tools quite soon. If I could mess around and tweak yields for example, for me that would be already a great start.
