I'm turn 43, normal speed and i try empire difficulty for the first time.

How is this possible that the first ai get 2157 fame ?

He is in the first era and claim Stonehenge. That mean that, if he built the wonder (i don't know if he did) he wins at least one star every two turns ? 

In all of my game in nation, there is always an ai that takes the lead early in the game and that's ok, but here it's just ridiculous

Patron: -25% on patronage cost

Freerider: +2 combat strength on unit if rented army

Inclusive: wants to assimilate as many independent peoples as possible

I check the deeds, orange make a wonder (50 for the deed, 100 for the wonder), he built a holy site (100) and he had discovered the Hillier (50)

So, 300 fame without the stars = 1857 fame points thanks to the stars by turn 43. Mathematically possible but pretty strong !

Yes I noticed that too, even in Nation difficulty, arrived in the middle of the game a single ai dominates the game and the endgame becomes more of a duel than anything else. It's quite frustrating
