A simple question: when you choose a new empire (enough era stars collected), do the empire specific buildings from the previous empire still build if they are already in the que?

If they are in the queue and you have actually started building them (some progress has already been made) all those emblematic quarters will remain in the queue. Any others will be removed automatically.
