Firstly, many apologies if this has been commented on already. My cursory look couldn't find anything on it already.

Removing ruins is a painful process because you can't easily find them. I would have thought it would be relatively easy process to highlight suitable spaces to remove ruins.

Another thought is that people (like myself) actually like visiting ruins. Maybe they can can have an option for a culture reserve (and money making racket..)
