- I can't find the place to check the city's stability (not the global one)

- When an structure building give a bonus based on a resource, I guess it's based on the number of copies in the civilization, not in the city. Is it like that?

Thanks in advance

- I don't find out how to connect 2 cities with a railroad: I built one train station in each but nothing happened.

Thanks in advance.

City stability you can see by selecting a city, see arrow:

Resource bonus is based on number of copy the empire have + any resource you trade for, who city who have the resource extractor don't matter as all cities get the same bonus. For railroad, you need a train station per territory as the railroad is only laid down between neighbouring territories train stations.

RE: Resources, that's why it's incredibly powerful to buy access to other empires' resources. All your cities benefit for each resource you purchase access to.

You also get money for each active trade route which can also add up, especially in contemporary in which there are technologies that make your trade routes multiply your whole money income.
