In the English version of the game, the Inherited Land choice "Allows to claim, attach, and merge Territories with Money instead of Influence."  

As far as I can see, this does not "allow" this, but rather "requires" it.  Or perhaps "Claiming, attaching, and merging Territories is done with Money rather than Influence."

Yes from what I can tell, you can't choose to spend influence if you have inherited land, thus it should say something in like this:

"Replace the influence cost with money to claim, attach, and merge Territories."

Yes, I actually fell for it in closed beta, the text should be changed imo.
