Seems to have a number of the same fixes as the beta patch, 1.0.2.116, on steam. Not sure what else there may be

this is making me being unable to play multiplayer with my friend (Epic), what a bummer since it's a holiday here in my city

There will be a new beta coming, but it will take a few days before the make it available on Steam. They have said that they plan to release a bigger patch by the end of September including some balance changes.

That's good to hear, hopefully they address some of the easy to fix behaviors that are hindering the AI starting in medieval era. I like the game but in order to keep playing it we need the highest difficulty to be actually challenging. It's quite disheartening to be leading in fame that early on highest difficulty - there's nowhere to go from there and I had hoped to be playing this game for a LONG time
