I started a new game after recent update - 1.2.139. Loaded old save, run couple of turns and decided to have new run. But I have a problem with building outposts, well they are not built. Just shows 0 turns and that's it. Tried a couple of new games - same stuff. Am I missing something?

Hm, first try on this site, apparently images are not clickable and I cannot edit post. :( 

If there is a unit/animal on top of the Outpost it will not complete and the timer will remain frozen. You can also edit the post, there is a square icon to do so. :)

One strange thing is you don't have line of sight of your outpost, have you check so it have not been destroyed?

Tried new game, built outpost in Neolithic and Ancient, same thing. will try to reinstall, maybe some cache or else.

Oh my, haven’t seen that icon ? only my units were on top of outpost. maybe game recognized it as neutral.

Did you manage to resolve your issue after reinstalling the game ?
