I claimed CohhCarnage's AI Persona through his stream's drop when it was available, but I still can't access it in-game and it doesn't show up on my G2G profile.

Any idea what I need to do to make it show up?

Try resynching your Twitch account here on G2G. You can verify you have this persona unlocked on the Twitch Drops page, at the bottom, called "Rewards", it will list all your unlocked personas.

You might want to resynch your G2G account in-game after that, to make sure all your streamers' personas appear correctly.

I've done that already, for both my Twitch and G2G accounts. The Drops page says I should have received a badge to use for unlocking the Persona, but I don't see that as well...

Are speaking about this specifically ? Cause I'm not sure that's really a thing on G2G, I can't see any badge related to personas in my inventory either.

Can't you still access CohhCarnage's Persona in-game ? If so, try claiming his persona again on next Amplitude's stream, on Thursday, the 16th.

Judging by this related bug report thread, it seems that getting claimed personas in-game is buggy at times, so that could probably explain why you don't see his persona yet. Feel free to add your issue to the post as well.
