Recurring Demands for Conquered Regions Need Management Options

So, after claiming 3 regions from my neighbor/enemy/closest rival in our last war, we are locked in diplomatic hell:

Every turn, they form 3 grievances, asking for the 3 territories back.

I deny/reject all three claims.

So, I get 6 pop up messages for this stalemate. EVERY. TURN.

I don't care that their warscore is 100% because of it. They can declare war on me any turn they want. I welcome the Fame from crushing their troops at my heavily secured borders.
But the constant pop-up messages are madness.

All of that to say, we really need another option in diplomacy to deal with something like this. A stance, or an option to pick. Let me declare them my mortal enemies and cut off all diplomatic ties until such a time as one of us declares war. Let this option give them automatic 100% warscore until it is broken by a DoW.

A system that spams players with the same messages over, and over, every turn is poorly designed and needs some kind of redress.

Similarly, if I'm allied with another empire and have been for almost the entire game, and we're each willing to forgive accidental transgressions, I'd be happy to be able to automatically dismiss influence/religion territorial demands that my empire makes against my allies.  (That's what I thought I'd be reading about when I first opened this thread)

You can just ignore their demands

I *could*, but then they would have more grievances than me, and my warscore would sink from 100 to 80, which I do not want to happen.

Lowering my own warscore before an inevitable war should not be necessary to avoid message spam.

That is an excellent point. I rarely play with allies, but now that you mention it, that was something I was wishing for during my last (only) game with an ally. I'm sure if I regularly made alliance, I would be clamoring for your suggestion as well.
