Hello together,

I bought Humankind for Stadia, but also own the Xbox Game Pass. My hours of play so far have all been on Stadia. Since the Day 1 patch is still current there, I installed Humankind via Xbox Game Pass on the PC.

I noticed the extreme difference in graphical quality. Not only do I have 30+ FPS on the PC, but also a sharp image, as I would expect on Stadia too.

But on Stadia, everything is very blurred.

Since I've played a few games on Stadia, I also know that this definitely can't be due to Stadia.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is there anything I could change on my end to fix the problem, or is this also related to Stadia currently being supported at a low priority?

To be honest, I see no noticeable difference in those screenshots, apart from the resolution. They look identical to me. Granted, a screenshot is different to a streamed real-time video. Can you provide in-game screenshots of a session in progress ?

Can you use the maximum FPS toggle in the game's settings on Stadia ? I am wondering whether they did some tinkering with the game's settings before allowing the game to be streamed.

You can see the difference in the font and also in the icons on the tiles.

Possibly anti-aliasing?

Google stadia anti-aliasing blurry and you'll find lots of games are blurrier on stadia than "insert other machine".
