Like the title says... does the Paid Wages civic work correctly? I remember in my last game (before the recent patch) that I'd see a +20 Stability bonus for "units" in cities. But now I don't see that, not even when I'm occupying cities during a war. And I thought I got the bonus even during peacetime before. Maybe I'm confused... the Stability UI isn't very helpful in the first place.

I'm also seeing this issue. I'm seeing a +15 stability from units, but I assume that's from units I have in the boundaries of the city. I'm not seeing a +20 stability from the civic
