Does the Stonehenge +5% Food bonus apply to your Capital as well?  the both of the +5 Stability bonuses seem to and the +10 Food works for just your own Empire.

I've checked and I can't seem to see the bonus show up.

It is possible the % food bonus is counted in the district part, that is how % bonuses from resources are counted in from my knowledge.

So do the % bonuses from resources apply only to district totals or to all Totals

All % modifiers apply to the total produced before any modifiers.

So if a city produce 100 food base and stonehenge add 10% modifier, it will give 10 food which may be counted like in the district section. Like let say all food is produced by district, before stonehenge it would say 100, after stonehenge it would say 110 in my example.
