In the middle of my current run I was having terrible stability issues, I built a few troops and stationed them in my city and in my garrisons.  However When I was reviewing the stability stats in the city screen I noticed I wasn't getting any stability bonuses for my stationed armies only for the garrisons themselves.  I know in the past you got a stability bonus for each stationed unit, has this changed or is it just a bug?
