I wonder when is next update or new official mods will be added?

I want to play more but, I feel a lack of content. Do you have any suggestions?

Same here. I think there is a big balance/bug-solving patch coming the end of October and I guess at some point they will release DLCs. The day one mod is also supposed to come out at sooner or later.

I have not heard anything about the contents of the next patch, just that it will be released late this month, which the dev comment confirmed.

You will have some news on the following days. But the details for the next patch should be next week ^^
