One problem of HUMANKIND is the inflation of FIMS yields in cities.

For food, each population is consuming more and more food, and over population will consume excess food, so not a very big problem. Though I think over population just make grow 50% slower like in CIV6 may be better. I don't like losing and gaining one population repeatedly

For industry, Maker Quarters spamming is a big problem. I will suggest each Quarter of the same kind cost even more industry to build, and gold to maintain.

For Money, we actually don't have many ways to use it CONTINUALLY, except rush buying and upgrading. Infrastructure maintain cost, Quarters Maintain cost, Buy a resource with gold per turn will make Money and Merchant Culture more valuable.

For science, Research Quarters spamming is also a problem.  The same suggestion for Maker Quarters.

For Influence, attach a territory and activate a civic need Influence maintaince, instead of just one time cost, can make late game influence more valuable. And prevent Mega Cities by a very high Influence cost to maintain them.
