I would like the hear peoples Opinions on the Buffs that some of the cultures are getting and more importantly if they are good enough.If someone finds more please do tell, here are the buffs i know off:

Phoenicians: -25% Sailing+Fishing Research Cost

Hittites: -25% Heavy Cav Industry Cost

Romans: -25% Imperial Power Research Cost

I personally really like the idea behind these buff, however i think that the buffs should be 50% for all of them. That might sound like a lot but i feel like it's just a buff for 1 or 2 technologies so its fine.

While heavy cav is already the most expensive unit to build so -50% only brings the cost to the same amount as for example a warrior or swordsmen.
