Just a simple question, are steam achievements unlockable and can we participate in the Dia de Los Muertos event with mods ?

You should be able to get achievement in Steam yes. I think in order to complete the challenge on the event you have to do it without Mods, If not, with the correct mods, it could be really easy to accomplish :)
