Really disappointing not having ANY acknowledgment about these issues on these forums. Haven't had a Dev post a single thing since they pushed the patch. :|

I would imagine they're working on it, and would expect there to be either an auto-completion for people that participated but couldn't achieve all the things due to the bugs, or an extension to the event once the fixes are in. I wouldn't worry too much about it right now.

My Civil Evolution event seems to be stuck at 47/50, no matter what I do after tallying properly beforehand.

Is that what people are referring to as 'bugged out'?

Yup. It can happen for other objectives too. Seems like it's the last one causing trouble for most, no matter which one they do last.

We're looking into the various issues with event progress and reward unlocks. Unfortunately, we don't know yet when we can deploy a fix. We are considering different options for letting you earn these rewards in spite of the technical issues.

Yay, acknowledgement!

Please, just let players earn the rewards at their own pace in the future. Time-limiting is extra silly and only reduces the desire to play when one is not sure about having enough time.

I had unlocked Chapter 1 but now it's arbitrarily reset back to nothing. What an obnoxious waste of time. 

Either remove the time limits or, better yet, just unlock the "rewards" for everyone. 

Just adding my two cents as well, that I'm stuck on 41/50 for the final achievement on Step 2.

I just noticed that although I am 31/50 civics, I actually have access to the Catrina avatar despite chapter 2 not being complete. Might want to check for yourselves; I can select her in the avatar list, play as her, etc.

I just noticed that my Chapter 1 achievement for 300 population is no longer satisfied and is now showing 51/300.

My 50 civics is back to 1/50 civics... not sure what this all means

Yeah I got rolled back on the 300 population requirement too. That one was by far the most irritating. I honestly would rather have it back and re-do ALL the others lol

Before I had the stuck on 48/50 civics bug. Now I got everything got rolled back to 0...

For me, the event just stopped existing. It doesn't show up at all in the game, even though I'm connected to G2G. Did it end three days early??

Yes, as for me to. Game and event full of bug.

Adding a comment for visibility. Having massive problems with this as well. I've "claimed" Catarina, but never seen the reward in my account. Currently am credited for 284/300 pop. Actual save game current 1 city pop=411 (all other challenges credited). I've ground for four days doing these challenges. Don't make fun of me, I just bought the game this week. Honestly I love it, though some things puzzle me as i get into industrial and modern eras. Anyway, I thought Catarina looked super sick and enjoyed the learning grind. Definitely have some questions and salt at the moment.

Logging out of Steam and then starting Humankind (and therefore logging in again) fixed the event for me. So, it's there again.

However, I've done 2/3 tasks for Chapter 1, but it says that I've already claimed the reward and indeed I can use it. For Chapter 2, the civics task seems to be stuck at 25/50 or something. I've activated 7 civics in my latest game, but it's only counted 4 of them. So, I can't get that reward or the final reward. :(
